SmartThings is looking for a talented and highly motivated Staff Software Engineer to join our Platform team. We are a small-to-mid size multi-functional team within SmartThings, focused on improving the platform in which SmartThings engineers build and deploy software. As a member of this team, you will be solving critical problems related to security, performance, scalability, and tooling. The right engineer for this role should possess deep knowledge and practical experience in at least one of these areas. This role requires excellent leadership, technical, and communication skills.
