Responsibilities

This role is for a developer who wants to own outcomes, navigate client relationships, and solve real-world problems. You will be expected to work with modern tools and master an AI workflow, going beyond basic chat tools to advanced prompting, agentic workflows, and automated code reviews.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, React, Flutter, and AWS.
• Mastery of AI workflows, including advanced prompting, agentic workflows, and automated code reviews.
• Ability to take lead on projects and mentor others.
• Comfortable in human-centric roles requiring strong communication skills, similar to those developed in service industries.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with PostgreSQL, RSpec, Stimulus.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools, CloudWatch, ElastiCache, Elastic Beanstalk, IoT, Geolocation.
• Experience in project rescue, product development, or team augmentation.
