Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our global marketing team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual passionate about the crypto and financial services industry, capable of driving engagement and growth across our social media platforms. We have two available positions: one focused on the US market and another for the APAC region, ensuring localized strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive growth, ensuring content is locally resonant and operationally sound.
• Operational Excellence: Establish clear strategic guidelines for each social media channel to maintain content consistency and target specific audiences.
• Trend Harvesting: Identify and capitalize on trending topics to create viral content and initiatives that effectively market our products and community stories.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (XFNs) to ensure a unified brand voice and consistent quality across all communications.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Define social media goals, OKRs, and success metrics. Conduct data-driven post-mortems to continuously improve impact and ROI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or similar role.
• AI-native with a deep understanding of the current AI tooling landscape.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience using social media management/posting tools.
• Proven knowledge and experience in content management, campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and social media management.
• Ability to create, edit, and repurpose content effectively.
• Strong interest in the financial services industry, including staying up-to-date on news, trends, and key happenings.
• Excellent team player, well-organized, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
