Introduction

Are you service-oriented and energized by helping colleagues with their IT questions and equipment? In this role, you will ensure that everything related to workplace equipment—from laptops to home office bundles—runs smoothly and users receive optimal support.

Responsibilities

• Process, register, and check incoming IT equipment.
• Execute and coordinate deliveries of hardware and home office bundles.
• Support users with questions about IT orders and equipment.
• Register and handle incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Prepare and image laptops and desktops.
• Create user instructions and process special hardware requests (such as RSA tokens, LAB PCs, and Hololens).

Requirements

• MBO education in ICT or comparable level through experience.
• Experience with IT support and workplace management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, and imaging tools.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Preferred:

• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Interest in new devices such as VR/AR equipment.
