Introduction

Binance is hiring a Senior Web3 and Backend Developer specializing in Stablecoins. This role involves building and enhancing DApps and smart contracts to support a seamless client experience within a global blockchain ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality decentralized applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance DApps and smart contracts to support a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers to deliver high-quality decentralized applications.
• Optimize backend services for scalability, reliability, and performance in a multi-chain environment.
• Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive tests, and ensure best practices in security and blockchain development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.

Requirements

• Familiar with Java.
• Solid hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity and Rust (or Move).
• Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contract security, token standards on different mainstream blockchains.
• Experience of designing architecture of decentralized applications (DApps).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiar with the principles of mainstream DeFi apps like Aave, Uniswap Jupiter, and Radium.
• Familiar with the principles of mainstream Crosschain protocols like CCIP, CCTP, and Circle Gateway.
• Familiar with mainstream AI tools like Claude Code and experienced in Agentic coding.
• Good spoken English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
