Responsibilities

• Architect AI-native experiences for grid planners and energy traders.
• Tackle "big data" problems through human-centered design and intelligent automation.
• Ensure complex simulation data is both legible and actionable.
• Use an AI-first workflow, including tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Figma Make, to create interactive prototypes rapidly.
• Iterate on conversational interfaces and generative UI components.
• Define human interaction with massive energy simulations and decarbonization models on platforms like PLEXOS.
• Lead user research with domain experts.
• Evolve scalable design systems.
• Champion UX maturity within a global, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Expertise in UX Design.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience with AI-Native Product Design.
• Skills in Data Visualization.
• Strong background in User Research.
• Knowledge of Information Architecture.
• Experience in Interaction Design and Visual Design.
• Ability to develop Design Systems.
• Understanding of UX Heuristics.
• Proficiency in Prototyping and "Vibe-coding."
• Experience with B2B Product Design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Knowledge of energy systems and markets.
• Familiarity with PLEXOS, Aurora, Adapt2, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make.
• Experience with SaaS and B2B products.
• Understanding of Design Tokens, Auto-layout, Human-in-the-loop systems, Generative UI, Cognitive Load Reduction, Time-series Dashboards, Cloud-native environments.
