About the Position

Introduction

Experis is seeking a Senior Test Consultant for a large public sector organization. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, executing, and monitoring testing activities within complex IT transformation projects. You will ensure that new systems, applications, and migrations meet quality requirements before going into production.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed test plans, test reports, and release recommendations.
Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Assess functional documentation for quality, completeness, and testability.
Prepare, execute, and coordinate testing activities.
Support acceptance, integration, and regression testing.
Monitor the progress and quality of testing trajectories.
Report to stakeholders, test management, and project teams.
Support migration and implementation projects within a complex IT environment.
Collaborate with management teams, vendors, and various IT specialists.
Contribute to the further professionalization of testing processes and quality assurance.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.
Completed ISTQB Advanced Test Management, TMap Next Advanced, TMap Test Manager, or comparable certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Consultant, Tester, or similar role.
Minimum 5 years of experience with testing information systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience with acceptance, integration, and regression testing.
Minimum 3 years of experience with migration and implementation projects.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with technical migrations.
Experience with complex chain testing.
Experience within large enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Prince2 and/or ITIL.
Experience with JIRA.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience within the public sector or government.
