We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as a Talent Partner for several of our technical and product teams worldwide. This is a hands-on role that includes leadership responsibilities, such as leading hiring projects, managing data, and coordinating hiring priorities. Ultimately, the Recruiter's responsibilities are to attract, hire, and retain top talent while building a strong pipeline and fostering close relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and offer negotiation.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Act as a true Talent Partner to respective business lines – consulting, advising, coaching, and executing.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to constantly improve the hiring process.
• Drive or participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in a structured and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including networking within the community, engaging with universities, attending local job fairs, and fostering ongoing contact with qualified candidates for future positions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within top-tier tech or Web3 companies.
• Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level technical positions.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and a genuine passion for the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive decision-making.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
