The Senior Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack (Remote) will be directly responsible for working with a talented team of engineers, with experience in a variety of technologies. Our engineers are empowered to choose the right tech for the job. Our stack includes Python, Django, React, Typescript, Kafka, and GraphQL.

As a Senior Staff Fullstack Engineer on the team, you will:

• Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of complex features and services.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to the long-term technical vision and strategy of the team and company.
