As a Software Verification Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in development, integration, and verification alongside the R&D team.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using Python.
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects, inconsistencies, and other quality issues.
• Drive improvements in design verification flows and methodologies.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of software applications and networking protocols.
• Utilize planning and tracking systems to manage release progress and build release indicators.
• Participate in code reviews, offering feedback and suggesting enhancements to software quality and maintainability.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of test processes and methodologies, proposing improvements as needed.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in software verification and QA.
• Improve product quality by enhancing test coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid background in designing, implementing, and debugging software.
• At least 5 years of experience in writing programs using Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate software defects.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Experience with CI methodology & tools (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with Linux distributions (Centos/RedHat, Ubuntu, Fedora, SLES).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with network equipment (switches, Network Cards) and understanding of network protocols (e.g., IP, Ethernet).
• Background with Networking applications and protocols.
