Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Search)

Our team builds the search platform that powers Search and Discovery for all Netflix members. With over 200 million members watching Netflix, search is a critical part of the Netflix experience. Our mission is to connect every member to the stories they'll love. This includes building and operating the highly scalable, low latency, and fault tolerant services that power Netflix Search. We take a holistic approach, owning the entire stack from the client experience to the backend services to the machine learning models. We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer, passionate about building intuitive and performant experiences for our members, to join our team. In this role, you will elevate our UI infrastructure, improve the relevance experience, and work with partner teams to evolve the search product.

As a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Search), you will:

• Collaborate with partner teams and product managers to define and deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Partner with designers to build fluid and natural interactions.
• Build efficient and reusable UI components as well as their underlying backend services.
• Drive improvements in reliability, performance, and scalability of our services through architectural design.
• Mentor and lead by example, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
