Introduction

Trajector is seeking a technical visionary to lead the AI-native revolution by streamlining the path to disability benefits through high-leverage software engineering. In this role, you will move beyond traditional typing to become an architect of automated systems, building robust serverless applications on AWS. You will take ownership of greenfield projects from start to finish, ensuring that every technical decision serves the mission of helping the disabled community.

Responsibilities

• Architect automated systems and build robust serverless applications on AWS.
• Take ownership of greenfield projects from start to finish.
• Utilize modern, high-velocity stack compatible with AI-assisted generation.
• Advance usage of Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic orchestration patterns to automate complex workflows.
• Experiment with emerging technologies like Rust or SvelteKit.

Requirements

• Expertise in TypeScript, Python, and Bun runtime.
• Experience with AI integration tools like Claude Code and Cursor for agentic orchestration.
• Strong understanding of serverless architecture using AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CDK or SST.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Rust.
• Experience with SvelteKit.
