Introduction

Binance is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in Node.js and JavaScript to join their Trading Technologies team. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of their advanced trading systems.

Responsibilities

• Work in a DevOps/SRE environment to ensure high availability and scalability of trading platforms.
• Utilize Node.js and JavaScript for system development and maintenance.
• Design and implement robust REST APIs.
• Work with WebSockets for real-time communication.
• Apply hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Docker, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana, time-series databases, AWS, distributed systems, and Linux environments.

Requirements

• Proficient professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
• Solid experience working in a DevOps/SRE environment.
• Advanced proficiency in REST API design.
• Expert proficiency with WebSockets.
• Hands-on professional experience with:
  • Docker
  • Nginx
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • Time-series databases
  • AWS
  • Distributed systems
  • Linux environment
• Full university degree (required for visa purposes).
• Open to relocating to one of Binance's office locations (this role is not remote).
