Introduction

Do you want to not only execute projects but also help build the ServiceNow implementation unit of the future? At Sopra Steria, you get that chance. We are a major international player with over 350 ServiceNow experts worldwide, and in the Netherlands, we are setting up a new unit that redefines digital transformation using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Lead complex projects for public and semi-public clients and ensure quality.
• Mentoring & Thought Leadership: Develop and inspire less experienced colleagues on cutting-edge topics.
• Strategic Bids: Provide substantive input for RFPs and build our position as a preferred partner.
• Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable, (AI-driven) ServiceNow solutions and hyperscaler strategies.
• Business Advisory: Help clients with strategic advice towards a digital, agile future.

Requirements

• Certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM), CAD, and ARCH/CTA.
• Technical skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, REST/SOAP, SQL, BPMN, CI/CD, DevOps.
• Methodologies: ITIL, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), LEAN.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years with ServiceNow architecture projects, preferably in the public/semi-public sector.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• A permanent contract and a salary between €5,000 and €7,000 gross per month, adjusted to your experience and role (based on a 40-hour work week).
