Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quant Trader to join our dynamic Quant Trading team. This role involves developing and implementing sophisticated trading strategies, managing risk across various crypto products, and contributing to our fast-paced and complex trading environment. If you have a strong quantitative background, proven trading success, and a passion for cryptocurrency, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage risk across diverse crypto products, including spot and derivatives, with rotation for weekend shifts.
• Conduct thorough research, pricing, and execution using advanced automated trading infrastructure to facilitate effective hedging.
• Continuously improve existing trading strategies and develop innovative new ones.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive post-trade analysis of implemented strategies.
• Collaborate closely with quant developers to implement trading strategies and enhance system features.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative analytical field.
• 5+ years of profitable trading experience on a leading trading desk within a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making environment, across any asset class.
• Demonstrable experience in successfully building and managing complex trades.
• Proficiency in Python with a strong interest in expanding technical skillsets.
• Ability to think critically and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail.
• Adaptive, self-motivated, enjoys challenges, and thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments with significant responsibility.
