Solera is looking for a Senior Product Owner to drive growth in its Vehicle Repairs division. This role involves leading a digital transformation for a company handling hundreds of millions of transactions, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from market analysis to Agile execution. A key aspect of this position is the use of AI tools for 'vibe coding' to prototype solutions and articulate vision.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Guide the roadmap for the Vehicle Repairs portfolio from business case to delivery.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI-driven workflows to prototype solutions and validate product-market fit early in the cycle.
- Data-Driven Growth: Drive financial success through detailed ROI analysis and performance metrics.
- Full-Stack Collaboration: Partner with engineering to deliver cohesive web, mobile, and backend SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Product Management, Agile Planning, Market Analysis, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with AI Tools, Data Analytics, Business Acumen, Customer Empathy, Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, and ROI Analysis.
- Familiarity with Mobile Application Development, Web Application Development, Backend Platform Development, and Stakeholder Management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs like Cursor and Claude for AI-assisted coding and prototyping.
