Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team dedicated to our global trading platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving product initiatives from concept to launch, shaping the future of cryptocurrency trading.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligning with strategic priorities.
• Define features, write comprehensive product specifications, and facilitate user studies.
• Iterate on feedback, collaborate with QA to develop test plans, and manage the product backlog.
• Ship new products and features in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct in-depth customer interviews and interactions to build empathy and ensure user needs are met.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage specific features within a product line, ensuring their success and integration.

Requirements

• A data-informed work style, coupled with a compassionate user-centric approach.
• A genuine passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
• Proven experience in shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, taking initiative and consistently producing results.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, working effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Humility in your work and interactions with others.
