Introduction

Alchemy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth, to lead the next chapter of our company's expansion. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market. You will own the full growth funnel and set the strategy for user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform, and explore new growth vectors including AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth funnel, including setting strategy, defining metrics, and driving acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform.
• Identify and build compounding loops that translate exceptional developer experiences into organic growth through referrals, word-of-mouth, community, and virality.
• Deeply instrument the product to understand developer conversion points, drop-offs, and critical drivers of success.
• Execute a high-velocity experimentation program, including rapid A/B tests and sharp hypotheses, with a relentless focus on impactful results.
• Unlock and optimize new growth channels such as SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and product-led growth (PLG) motions.
• Develop strategies for acquiring, activating, and retaining a new category of users: AI agents, who are becoming first-class users of developer platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with 2-3+ years specifically in end-to-end growth ownership, demonstrating a track record of moving key metrics.
• Deep expertise in growth methodologies, including funnel analysis, cohort modeling, experimentation design, and channel strategy, with a focus on building compounding loops.
• Experience with developer-facing or API-first products, whether in Web2 (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Vercel) or Web3.
• Highly analytical and decisive, capable of building models quickly, pressure-testing assumptions, and acting on clear signals.
• Strong ability to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams around growth initiatives without direct authority.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the blockchain, web3, or AI agent space.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and iterate rapidly.
