Senior Product Manager - Billing

Introduction

In this role, you will lead the evolution of billing and subscription infrastructure for the Avigilon Alta security platform. You are tasked with transforming complex financial requirements into seamless user experiences, managing everything from ERP integrations to multi-product licensing. Operating with a startup mindset inside Motorola Solutions, you will bridge the gap between finance, sales operations, and engineering to build a scalable engine for SaaS growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of billing and subscription infrastructure for the Avigilon Alta security platform.
• Transform complex financial requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Manage ERP integrations to multi-product licensing.
• Bridge the gap between finance, sales operations, and engineering to build a scalable engine for SaaS growth.
• Leverage AI tools and "vibe coding" techniques to rapidly develop prototypes and iterate on technical solutions.
• Engage deeply with engineering on system architecture, API design, and automated revenue operations using natural language prompts and AI-assisted tools.
• Move from problem discovery to technical proof-of-concept faster than traditional workflows.
• Modernize Enterprise Tech: Lead the migration from legacy systems to modern, automated billing platforms using AI-driven workflows.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Navigate the needs of CFOs and engineers alike, ensuring technical trade-offs align with business goals.

Requirements
