Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to drive AI transformation initiatives within our rapidly growing global cryptocurrency platform. This role involves leading the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, focusing on leveraging AI and Machine Learning to create impactful products and features for our 80+ million users worldwide. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver remarkable AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive product initiatives related to AI/ML from inception through execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to ship innovative AI products and features.
• Translate ambiguous AI opportunities into concrete product specifications, build-vs-buy decisions, and phased rollout plans.
• Lead the development and enhancement of AI-driven products such as chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, intelligent automation, and AI agents.
• Apply deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks in product development.
• Utilize data intuition, SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design for product effectiveness.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders, including C-suite, engineering leads, and compliance, on AI adoption strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML product initiatives in a production environment.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping AI products at scale (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, intelligent automation, AI agents).
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with ML engineers.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, custom LLM-based agents) and methodologies for measuring their effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product strategies and executable plans.
• Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
