Wing Assistant is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of agentic AI solutions tailored for the global SMB market. As a founding-level operator reporting directly to the CPO, you will drive products from initial concept to successful market launch. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who thrive on rapid iteration and significant ownership within a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of agentic AI solutions for the SMB market.
• Utilize 'vibe-coding' to generate functional prototypes, enabling quicker visualization for engineering and design teams.
• Conduct deep data analysis using SQL to inform product decisions.
• Employ tools like Canva for effective visual communication of product concepts.
• Leverage the latest AI tools to accelerate the development process.
• Oversee the product lifecycle using platforms such as Notion, Asana, and Airtable, ensuring a smooth transition from idea to production.
• Drive rapid iteration and maintain high-stakes ownership of product outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or tech solutions.
• Strong understanding of the SMB market and its needs.
• Ability to act as a founding-level operator in a startup setting.
• Proficiency in 'vibe-coding' or similar rapid prototyping methodologies.
• Expertise in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with design tools for visual communication.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, and Airtable.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapid iteration environment.
