Introduction

Turno is seeking a highly proactive Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its global marketplace for short-term rental services. This role goes beyond traditional project management, requiring a "Full-Stack PM" who expertly balances strategic vision with technical execution. You will be instrumental in scaling a platform that connects numerous service professionals with property managers, addressing intricate real-world challenges such as payment disputes and automated scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a global marketplace for short-term rental services.
• Balance high-level strategy with deep technical execution in a "Full-Stack PM" capacity.
• Scale a platform connecting thousands of service professionals with property managers.
• Address and solve complex real-world variables, including payment disputes and automated scheduling shifts.
• Leverage AI tools (n8n, Langflow, LangSmith) to architect agentic workflows that proactively resolve operational friction.
• Utilize "vibe coding" skills to build AI-assisted prototypes.
• Validate complex data flows using SQL and APIs.
• Build the logic that defines the next generation of logistics automation.
• Drive revenue by designing commercially viable and technically robust features.

Requirements
