Senior Product Designer

Our Senior Product Designers work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers to understand customer problems and build solutions that lead to measurable business impact. We move with speed and conviction, from brainstorming and ideation to prototyping, testing, and shipping features. We take big swings and continually iterate, all in the spirit of building something customers love.

As a Senior Product Designer at Klaviyo, you'll:

• Participate in the end-to-end design process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and visual design of new products and features.
• Drive a customer-centric approach to product development by advocating for user needs through qualitative and quantitative user research, testing, and data analysis.
• Create elegant, user-centric solutions to complex problems by translating research insights and business requirements into intuitive and engaging product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders across the company to define product strategy and deliver impactful solutions.
• Be a strong advocate for design excellence and contribute to the growth and evolution of Klaviyo's design system and product best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
• Present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership, effectively communicating design intent and impact.
