Introduction

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Product Designer to architect the foundational design infrastructure for their next-generation Marketing Operating System, slated for a 2026 launch. This role goes beyond library maintenance, focusing on strategic design systems, component logic, design tokens, and interaction patterns that will empower an entire developer ecosystem. You will lead efforts to ensure consistency across complex applications while maintaining high-fidelity from concept to code.

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of design tokens and components to enable scalable, high-quality development.
• Utilize proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build functional, accessible components ready for production.
• Establish new UX patterns for AI-driven interactions and agentic workflows.
• Innovate and challenge existing norms within a culture that values creative autonomy.

Requirements

• Strong systems-thinking approach to design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React, Storybook, and Framer Motion.
• Familiarity with vibe coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Ability to prototype complex motion using tools like GSAP and Rive.

Nice to Have

• Experience in defining how autonomous agents manifest within professional UI.
