Introduction

Zeta Global is looking for a hybrid-minded Senior Product Designer to lead the Zeta Developer Platform. This role involves architecting an Agentic Apps Framework and defining how users interact with intelligent systems, moving beyond traditional UX to shape AI-driven marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the Zeta Developer Platform as the architect of an Agentic Apps Framework.
• Bridge the gap between high-level UX strategy and technical execution.
• Define the nature of AI-driven marketing workflows.
• Leverage AI as a primary collaborator for rapid, AI-assisted development.
• Prototype complex, conversational interactions and explainability patterns using natural language.
• Establish standards for conversational design and AI transparency across the platform.
• Influence how global brands interact with automated intelligence for a major 2026 launch.
• Drive the company's technical and creative trajectory by shipping using AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience in product design, focusing on AI and intelligent systems.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Expertise in design and motion tools: Figma, Rive, and Framer.
• Strong understanding of frontend core technologies: React, Next.js, and Framer Motion.
• Ability to define and implement conversational design and AI transparency standards.
• Proven ability to work with and ship production-ready concepts.

• Experience in a foundational role within a product development team.
