Introduction

Front is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team. You are someone obsessed with solving complex problems, bringing elegance and intuition to data-heavy dashboards and intricate workflows. You thrive on improving how people use products and are passionate about design, with a strong desire to simplify and restore elegance in the world.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, requirements, and what "done" actually looks like.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed, end-to-end flows that are clear to engineers.
• Lead discovery efforts, including customer interviews, usability sessions, and concept tests, and translate learnings into design decisions and product strategy.
• Use prototyping as a tool for exploration, alignment, and de-risking before development begins.
• Advocate for design thinking across the organization, raising the bar through feedback, critique, and mentorship.
• Contribute to and strengthen the design system by creating cleaner patterns, better documentation, and reusable components.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing and shipping complex products across web and mobile.
• A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience contributing to and evolving design systems (not just using them).
• A strong, user-centered design process that you can clearly articulate and defend.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences, reflected in your portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills to present work clearly, build alignment across cross-functional teams, and inspire confidence in design direction.
