We are looking for a Senior Product Delivery Manager to join our growing Product team and help us deliver the best product experience. As a Senior Product Delivery Manager for the Onboarding domain, you will be responsible for building an exceptional product experience for new Mollie customers, playing a key role in setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Onboarding funnel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management, engineering, compliance, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into a product delivery strategy; leading quarterly planning to support roadmap delivery.
- Effectively communicate execution details, risks, and dependencies across various internal teams and ensure alignment for a successful product launch.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives across several teams, ensuring successful, on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify & resolve roadblocks, escalate challenges, and manage expectations, driving continuous improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficient problem-solving.
- Drive product and process improvements: Define key metrics to measure efficiency, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimise our product delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Senior Product Delivery Manager or a Senior Technical Programme Manager, successfully delivering complex cross-functional product initiatives, preferably within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Experience setting up and continuously improving product delivery processes in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tooling.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for technology.
- Curious, resourceful, and possess a can-do mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Able to drive cross-functional projects with autonomy.
- A team player who cares about helping improve and making people around you better.
