Senior Product Analyst

Introduction

Figment is seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join their team and help shape the future of staking in the Web3 ecosystem. This role involves deep dives into business KPIs, product usage, and protocol understanding to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the core staking business.
• Define and track product metrics and KPIs related to the North Star Metric and its input metrics.
• Support the design and development of product dashboards using event tracking and reporting tools.
• Conduct analysis and market studies to support strategic product roadmap initiatives.
• Leverage a deep understanding of crypto, protocols, and market dynamics to steer product initiatives and priorities.
• Lead weekly KPI meetings, presenting and identifying trends in product and marketing efforts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product, Growth, or Financial analyst.
• Solid understanding of SQL and Excel, with the ability to quickly derive insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and analytical cases.
• Strong intuition for data and basic statistical concepts.
• Effective communicator capable of operating in a cross-functional role and influencing strategic decisions with clarity.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and studies.
• Extremely driven and proactive.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of how blockchains, smart contracts, and related technologies work.
• Experience with SaaS or API business models.
