You will define technical requirements, enabling engineering teams to achieve autonomous, AI-driven precision.

ReSource Pro seeks a leader with at least one year of experience shipping production code using natural language prompting and AI-assisted workflows. You will champion AI-native discovery and testing, integrating modern tools into CI/CD pipelines and architectural design. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional development cycles and establish 'vibe coding' as a standard operating procedure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate AI Strategy: Translate C-suite objectives into technical epics optimized for AI-assisted execution.
• Architect Scalable Systems: Collaborate with architects to build secure microservices and robust cloud infrastructures.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Utilize data instrumentation and observability to demonstrate the ROI of rapid, AI-native delivery.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production code via natural language prompting and AI-assisted workflows (1+ year).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong background in Product Engineering, AI-native practices, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in software architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with data instrumentation, backlog prioritization, and technical leadership.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and microservices.
• Understanding of 'vibe coding' principles.
• Skills in stakeholder management, product lifecycle management, process engineering, and cross-functional leadership.
