Team Rockstars IT, founded in 2015, has grown to over 300 IT professionals (Rockstars!) in just 8 years. With 50 colleagues in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are dedicated to expanding our organization with the mission to be the place where IT professionals can achieve their best. We offer our Rockstars a unique platform to deepen their expertise, engage in projects matching their ambitions, and maintain a crucial work-life balance.

Our ambition is to build a community of 1000 Rockstars by 2026! To achieve this, we need the right People & Culture Rockstars to help us realize these ambitious plans.

As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner for your region, proactively advising, identifying challenges, and providing solutions. You will support the organization with issues related to performance management, growth & development, talent management, and team development. You will work closely with our People & Culture Manager, other People & Culture Business Partner(s), and our People Operations team to create an optimal employee journey and strengthen our culture and employer brand. Additionally, you will play an active role in attracting, retaining, and engaging our Rockstars. You will contribute ideas for innovative ways to help our Rockstars grow and thrive, such as organizing events, developing training, and implementing new HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for our Rockstars in the West region for all People & Culture related questions.
• Advise and coach managers and Rockstars on various P&C themes, such as performance management, absenteeism guidance, legislation, and employment conditions.
• Independently handle complex cases and provide suitable solutions.
• Play a proactive role in optimizing our Employee Journey and ensuring the Rockstars Experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and initiate (new) P&C projects and policies.
• Work closely with the People Operations team and other P&C Business Partners to ensure consistent and high-quality P&C service delivery.
• Report to the People & Culture Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar People & Culture role (preferably within a growing organization).
• WO/HBO (university/higher vocational) work and thinking level.
• Strong communication skills and a natural connector.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• Good sense of humor and a healthy dose of perspective.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Residing in the Randstad area and willing to travel 2-3 days a week to our office in 's-Hertogenbosch.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
