About the Position

Introduction

OKX is seeking a Senior Manager, Web3 Growth (Ecosystem) to define and spearhead global Web3 growth strategy, attracting and retaining top-tier decentralized applications (dApps), protocols, and projects to its Web3 ecosystem. This role reports to the Head of Global Web3 Growth.

Responsibilities

Define and implement growth strategies to enhance OKX's Web3 ecosystem, focusing on attracting and retaining dApps, protocols, and projects.
Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential dApps, protocols, and projects through strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive mutual growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, community engagement programs, and partnership initiatives to increase awareness, adoption, and active usage of OKX's Web3 products (e.g., Wallet, DEX, NFT Marketplace).
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes within the Web3 space, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities and refine existing strategies.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of new dApps and protocols, as well as alignment of growth strategies with product roadmap and business objectives.
Represent OKX at industry events, conferences, and meetups to evangelize our Web3 vision, network with key stakeholders, and scout for emerging projects.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Web3 ecosystem growth, regularly reporting on progress and insights to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or product management roles within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
Proven track record of successfully growing a Web3 ecosystem or significantly increasing adoption for decentralized products/platforms.
Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, including dApps, DeFi, NFTs, GameFi, DAOs, and underlying blockchain technologies.
Strong network within the Web3 community, including developers, projects, and thought leaders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving industry.
Fluency in English is required.
