Procore is seeking a Senior Manager to revolutionize the 'Lead to Opportunity' lifecycle by leveraging Salesforce as an AI-driven platform. This role involves leading a cross-functional team to implement AI-assisted workflows and agentic technologies to enhance the seller experience and influence Procore's long-term Go-to-Market (GTM) roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Guide a cross-functional squad of developers and analysts.
• Shift focus from manual configuration to high-leverage, AI-assisted workflows.
• Implement agentic technologies to redefine the seller experience.
• Influence Procore's long-term GTM roadmap.
• Champion a culture of innovation using 'vibe coding' and AI tools for scalable, high-performance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (mentioned in related job postings, implicitly required for this level).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds.
• Proficiency in AI & Agentic Tech for process optimization and release management.
• Familiarity with modern GTM tools like LeanData, Marketo, GONG, Outreach, and Clay.
• Experience with 'Vibe Coding Workflow' and an AI mindset for development lifecycle and system performance.
• Strong leadership and management skills for guiding technical teams.
