Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Localization Project Associate to strengthen our global expansion efforts. This role is for a seasoned localization professional ready to own complex localization workflows, acting as the critical bridge between product/marketing teams and our network of linguists. You will ensure the Crypto.com voice is culturally accurate, compliant, and engaging across 30+ languages, focusing on quality, stakeholder management, and user experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the localization of UI, Marketing, and Help Center content across 30+ languages.
Manage timelines and hand-offs within our Translation Management System (TMS).
Apply best practices in prompting to ensure AI-generated content receives correct context.
Conduct AI quality spot-checks for large language model (LLM) outputs to identify hallucinations or tone inconsistencies.
Provide structured feedback to the Localization Manager on AI tool performance.
Maintain central glossaries for consistent terminology across human and machine translations.
Manage the Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) process, tracing and resolving in-app localization bugs.
Support vendor onboarding for new workflows, including Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE).
Collaborate with Product Managers to clarify English strings for accurate translations.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Localization Project Management, with in-depth knowledge of traditional localization lifecycles and MTPE workflows.
Tech-Forward Mindset: Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs in localization, understanding how tools like ChatGPT and automated TMS workflows enhance efficiency.
Prompting Basics: Ability to write clear, structured instructions (prompts) for AI output or human vendors.
TMS Proficiency: Deeply experienced with tools such as Crowdin, Lokalise, or Smartling.
Operational Excellence: Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage file versions, Jira tickets, and invoices.

Nice to Have

Previous exposure to Crypto/Fintech terminology.
Familiarity with Mobile App localization flows (iOS/Android strings).
Fluency in a second language (beyond English).
Basic understanding of setting up simple automations (e.g., Slack, Jira).
