You will be responsible for defining how the company measures its success, from designing sophisticated logic models to managing the end-to-end data lifecycle. It’s a high-impact role that combines academic rigor with modern, tech-forward execution to ensure students everywhere are prepared for an AI-centric world.

This role is specifically designed for a modern data professional who embraces AI-assisted development to stay agile. You will use "vibecoding" techniques to architect data pipelines, manage Airtable databases, and automate complex reporting scripts. By leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, you can focus on high-level problem solving and strategic insights rather than getting bogged down in traditional coding bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop a comprehensive research agenda and impact metrics aligned with the organization's logic model.
• Innovation: Use AI tools to create efficient, unique ways to communicate program impact and automate data collection.
• Leadership: Manage organizational dashboards and maintain high standards for data integrity and privacy across all systems.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Chief Program Officer to turn large, multi-dimensional datasets into actionable recommendations for leadership.
