Responsibilities

• You are responsible from A to Z for guiding and managing complex IT projects.
• You are responsible for monitoring the planning, progress, budget, and delivered quality of projects.
• You maintain close contact with project engineers, internal clients, and stakeholders.
• You identify potential risks and escalate them in a timely manner.
• You are proactive and ensure transparent decision-making for project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• You proactively seek improvements and ensure the smooth running of projects.

Requirements

• A completed HBO (higher vocational education) degree, preferably in IT or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in guiding IT projects within a complex IT environment.
• Experience with the Scrum Agile methodology (a plus).
• You are proactive, eager to learn, assertive, and communicatively skilled.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Benefits

• Salary between €5,000 and €6,000 based on 40 hours per week.

• 27 vacation days + 0.5 extra day per quarter if no sick leave is reported.

As a Project Manager, it energizes you to professionalize the project management process by bringing structure and optimizing current governance. You proactively look for improvements within current work processes and use this as a basis to shape projects. You will support and coach less experienced Project Managers in their activities.
