We are seeking electrical engineers to join our team, focusing on high-end Optical Transceiver Design. This role offers a unique opportunity to craft and deliver new classes of products, pushing the boundaries of high-speed optical communication.

Responsibilities

• Detailed design of product electrical schematics, board design, and component selection.
• Lead multi-discipline product design, collaborating with thermo-mechanical, signal/power integrity, software, and optics teams.
• Conduct hands-on lab work to bring designs to life, evaluate, and improve product performance.
• Work with various operational groups (qualification, suppliers, manufacturers) to scale products from lab to mass production.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to drive generational improvements.

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading university (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Desire to work on multi-discipline projects.
• Engineering approach and understanding of physical trade-offs.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced project development environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge in electro-optic communication, high-speed signals, or analog circuits.
• Hands-on experience with electrical lab work.
• Previous experience in hardware/system fields.
