As a Senior Group Product Manager at Real-Time Innovations (RTI), you will be a key leader in shaping the strategic direction of software that powers advanced physical systems. This role is for a technical visionary focused on long-term impact, mentoring product managers, and unifying workstreams to serve both established industrial clients and the burgeoning field of Physical AI. You will act as a player-coach, using innovative techniques like AI-driven rapid prototyping to develop new ideas, contributing to RTI's leadership in aerospace, robotics, and defense.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction of software for advanced physical systems.
• Mentor product managers, unifying various workstreams into a cohesive vision.
• Apply vibe-coding techniques and AI-driven rapid prototyping to drive innovation.
• Leverage modern tools to iterate on middleware and distributed system concepts.
• Collaborate with the executive suite to refine pricing and market positioning for complex B2B products.

Requirements

• A decade of experience in product leadership.
• Passion for building intelligent machine infrastructure.
