Introduction

10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets, dedicated to building advanced trading infrastructure for on-chain execution and integrations with platforms like Polymarket, Kalshi, and various DEXs. We are a fast-paced, early-stage startup with a small but impactful team. We are looking for an experienced engineer to build and maintain our core trading systems.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Fullstack / Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of 10arx's trading infrastructure. This is a critical role involving systems that operate 24/7 with real financial transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• On-chain Execution System Design & Development: Design and implement robust systems for on-chain transaction management, smart contract interaction, wallet management, and gas optimization.
• Platform Integrations: Integrate with various prediction market platforms and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
• Real-time Data Pipeline: Build and maintain data pipelines for collecting, normalizing, and processing real-time market data.
• Algorithmic Trading: Implement trading strategies directly in code.
• Backtesting Infrastructure: Develop infrastructure for backtesting trading strategies using historical data.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system stability and performance.
• Frontend Development: Contribute to the development of React-based frontend interfaces for system control, monitoring, and visualization.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise:
  • 4+ years of professional experience with Go in production environments as your primary language.
  • Proven experience with blockchain technologies, including understanding and interacting with Solidity smart contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time systems, including WebSockets, streaming data, and event-driven architectures.
  • Fullstack development proficiency with React and TypeScript, capable of independently developing UI components.
  • Experience working with exchange APIs (CEX or DEX).
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, backtesting, and data processing.
• Domain Expertise:
  • Mandatory experience in fintech, crypto, DeFi, trading, prediction markets, or related domains (payments, betting, exchange infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated experience building systems where errors directly resulted in financial loss, with the ability to discuss specific projects, production performance, and challenges faced.
• AI Integration: Active daily use of LLM tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) in development workflows.
• Language: Fluent in Russian (required) and working proficiency in English for documentation and API interaction.
• Work Style:
  • An engineering mindset focused on systems engineering for 24/7 financial operations, combined with deep blockchain engineering knowledge (on-chain execution, gas, mempool, contracts).
  • Comfortable with rapid iterations and delivering results efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and takes initiative to resolve them.
  • Comfortable working without detailed specifications and building services from scratch.
  • A self-starter who can thrive as the primary engineer in a specific domain.
