Are you an experienced Functional Application Manager with 4 years of experience and ready for your next step? Then respond quickly!

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and desires, then translate them into usable functional solutions.
• Responsible for developing and managing new functionalities for the application.
• Proactively seek improvements within the application.
• Guide and coach junior colleagues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and manuals.
• Work closely with key users.
• Work closely with the software vendor to actually realize improvements or user requests within the application.

Requirements

• HBO (higher vocational education) work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Experience managing an ERP system.
• Social, analytical, and results-oriented personality.
• Strong communication skills and accustomed to discussing with various key users and individuals within an organization.
• A true team player.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Benefits
