Introduction

Our partner, a dynamic digital agency in Rotterdam, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their innovative team. This role involves working on a diverse range of challenging web applications and custom solutions for prominent clients like Tomorrowland, La Place, and RET. You'll be instrumental in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with fellow developers and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement complex web applications and custom solutions.
• Work on both front-end (Vue, React) and back-end (PHP, Laravel, Node.js) development.
• Design and implement databases and APIs.
• Integrate external services and systems.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices.
• Actively contribute to the architectural and technical vision of projects.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience, preferably in Computer Science or Software Development.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React).
• Extensive experience with PHP (Laravel).
• Proficiency with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience leading or coaching a team.
