We are an early-stage company seeking a Senior Fullstack / Blockchain Engineer to build and maintain our core trading infrastructure. This role is for an engineer who thrives in a high-stakes environment where systems operate 24/7 with real-money transactions, demanding robust design and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

As the owner of our trading infrastructure, you will:

Design and implement on-chain execution systems, including transaction management, smart contract interaction, wallet management, and gas optimization.
Integrate with various prediction market platforms and Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs).
Develop real-time data pipelines for market data collection, normalization, and processing.
Translate trading strategies into high-quality, executable code.
Build and maintain backtesting infrastructure to validate strategies against historical data.
Establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure operational stability.
Develop intuitive React-based frontends for system management, monitoring, and visualization.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

Go (Golang): 4+ years of professional experience, established as your primary language for production systems.
Blockchain: Proven experience with blockchain technologies, including reading and interacting with Solidity smart contracts.
Real-time Systems: Expertise in building real-time systems using WebSockets, streaming data, and event-driven architectures.
Fullstack Development: Proficient in React and TypeScript, capable of independently developing UI components.
Exchange APIs: Experience with CEX or DEX exchange APIs.
Python: Additional proficiency in Python for scripting, backtesting, and data processing.

Domain Expertise

Fintech & Crypto: Mandatory experience in fintech, crypto, DeFi, trading, prediction markets, or related domains (e.g., payments, betting, exchange infrastructure).
High-Stakes Systems: Demonstrated experience building systems where errors lead to financial loss. Be prepared to discuss your contributions, production performance, and lessons learned from failures.

Work Ethic & Soft Skills

Proactivity: You don't wait for tasks; you identify problems, fix them, and then communicate the solution.
Autonomy: Comfortable working without detailed specifications, taking ownership from an empty repository to a fully functional service.
Leadership: Experience operating as the sole engineer in a specific domain or project.
AI Tools: Active and daily use of LLM-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) in your development workflow.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with specific EVM tools or libraries like ethers.js or go-ethereum.
