Senior Full-Stack/Web3 Engineer

Introduction

Reveel is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join its founding team. This role involves taking ownership of a significant part of Reveel's tech stack, working closely with the Lead Protocol Engineer and Head of Product to build and maintain SDKs, developer tools, and deliver best-in-class solutions for the community.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and lead technical decisions for developer-facing products (SDK, API, etc.).
• Assist the Lead Solidity Developer in setting the team's technical direction.
• Engage in hands-on development and collaborate with the engineering team on Frontend and Smart Contracts.
• Conduct peer-reviews for Pull Requests from Frontend and Solidity Teams.
• Prioritize feature requests.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Prior startup experience, demonstrating ability to move fast and hustle.
• Previous experience at a leading tech company, designing scalable infrastructure.
• Passion for writing clean, scalable, and secure code.
• Experience leading engineering teams, organizing deliverables, and setting priorities on complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to document and share technical decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to ship products on time.
• Attention to detail and creativity in solving difficult problems.
• Data-driven mindset and a habit of measuring and tracking achievements.
• Strong opinions, loosely held.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work full-time and align with US time zones (remote).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Payments, Fintech, and/or DeFi.
• Experience developing open-source software and developer tools.
• Keen awareness of application security and knowledge of OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities.
