Senior Full Stack Engineer

SalesPatriot is a YC W25 company with top 5% growth in its batch. We have raised over $10M and are on a hyper-growth trajectory, backed by notable investors like Paul Graham, SV Angel, Pear VC, and CRV. Our team of 17 co-lives in our Warsaw & SF Hacker Houses, and we are transacting approximately $50M a week through our system, generating 7-figure ARR. We are building an AI-native platform to make defense, aerospace, and industrial supply chain operations nearly autonomous.

Introduction

SalesPatriot is revolutionizing America's industrial base by replacing outdated systems with an AI-native platform for defense, aerospace, and industrial supply-chain operations. Our platform enables faster quoting, procurement, full visibility, and real operational intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application functionality, including Frontend UI, Backend services and APIs, AI workflows and validation systems, and Database schemas and data models.
• Implement backend-leaning full-stack solutions using Svelte, TypeScript, and Postgres.
• Organize, track, and deliver multiple projects in parallel.

Requirements

• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Proven track record of fast shipping.
• Experience architecting systems independently.
• Motivated to tackle unknown problems and devise solutions.
• Experience in shipping projects and products; be ready to demonstrate at least one full-stack project (GitHub repo / web app / Loom demo video).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and at least one frontend library (React, Svelte, Next.js, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Postgres.
• Proficiency in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and integration.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Low ego, curiosity, and intellectual honesty – focused on outcomes, not “being right".

Nice to Have

• Interested in co-living (though not required).
