Senior Full-Stack Developer

Introduction

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to lead important technical initiatives within a SaaS platform. This platform currently serves over 2,500 hospitality locations across the Netherlands, Germany, and the Caribbean. Join a close-knit team of about 20 people in a casual and friendly atmosphere, where the focus is on developing an advanced application that helps hospitality entrepreneurs with staff planning, POS integration, and revenue optimization through data-driven insights.

The product is robust, but there's a strong ambition for further development. As such, we are growing our experienced development team to elevate the application to the next level. In this role, you will play a crucial part in this ongoing development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new functionalities for the SaaS platform.
• Optimize the existing codebase and architecture for scalability and performance.
• Provide input on the technical strategy and product development roadmap.
• Contribute to the migration from Vue.js to React.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards.
• Mentor and coach junior developers in their technical growth.
• Focus on refining the application's architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React. (Experience with React is a major plus).
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Residing in the Brabant region (Eindhoven).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
