About the Position

Introduction

Binance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our KYC Technology Team. This role is crucial for developing and enhancing our state-of-the-art customer onboarding platform, ensuring a seamless user experience while upholding global compliance standards. You will be instrumental in launching innovative products, integrating compliance vendors, and leveraging AI/ML technologies responsibly within the fintech landscape.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive web interfaces for our KYC platform.
Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and compliance experts to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate with various compliance vendors and third-party services.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices in frontend development.

Requirements

6+ years of experience developing production-grade JavaScript code.
Strong expertise in React and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
Proficiency with state-management patterns such as Redux, Flux, or similar.
Proven track record of delivering projects with high-quality user interfaces.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in developing responsive websites for a diverse range of clients, from high-powered desktop computers to small-footprint mobile devices.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., styled systems, Webpack).

Nice to Have

Experience in the fintech or blockchain industry.
Knowledge of AI/ML integration in frontend applications.
Understanding of global regulatory and compliance requirements (KYC/AML).
