About the Position

Working from their beautiful office in the heart of Amsterdam, you will be part of a team of highly-skilled engineers, product designers, and UX specialists, all united by a shared passion for innovation in the Metaverse.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will create innovative Web3 applications and work on multiple creative, fast-paced projects. Your ideas and vision will be highly valued as you contribute to building the future of our client's applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript.
Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
Identify and troubleshoot frontend issues and provide solutions.
Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of Web3 concepts (e.g., blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs, DeFi, dApps).
Experience with building responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluency in English.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

Experience with GraphQL.
Experience with Web3 libraries like Web3.js or Ethers.js.
Experience with various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
