Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be a crucial link in the development of complex, custom web applications and websites for various clients. You will work on challenging projects, from concept to launch, and be responsible for:

• Translating designs (UI/UX) into high-quality, functional frontend solutions with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Monitoring technical quality and proposing improvements.
• Actively collaborating with clients on technical possibilities and best practices.
• Reviewing code from teammates and coaching junior/mid-level developers.
• Closely collaborating with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Demonstrable expertise with Vue.js (v2/v3) and Nuxt.js (v2/v3).
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS (Sass/Less), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with modern tooling such as Webpack, Vite, Gulp, NPM/Yarn.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and optionally GraphQL.
• Experience with Git version control.
• A good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• (Plus) Experience with TypeScript.
• (Plus) Experience with end-to-end testing (Cypress) or unit testing (Jest, Vitest).
• (Plus) Knowledge of PHP (Laravel) is a plus, but not a must.
• A pragmatic attitude and a solution-oriented, technical mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
