Responsibilities

Lead and execute front-end development projects from start to finish.
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Ensure optimal user experience and performance of web applications.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to discuss technical feasibility and implementation.
Review team members' code and provide constructive feedback.
Coach and mentor junior and medior developers.
Actively contribute to the technical strategy and architecture of projects.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in front-end development and apply them in your work.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Front-end Developer.
Excellent command of HTML5, CSS3 (modules/preprocessors), and JavaScript (ES6+).
In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Understanding of tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
