Senior Digital Project Manager

Introduction

As a Senior Digital Project Manager at Uselab, you will be the driving force behind our digital projects. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of complex web, app, and custom application projects for various non-profit organizations. You will oversee strategy, manage project planning, monitor the budget, and lead your team to ensure successful deliveries. You act as the central point of contact between the client, the development team, UX/UI designers, and marketing specialists. You have a sharp eye for detail, are proactive in risk management, and always strive for the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital projects (websites, apps, custom applications). You will monitor deadlines, budgets, and scope.
• Stakeholder Management: You will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Team Leadership: You will motivate, coach, and facilitate the project team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Strategy and Advice: You will proactively contribute to clients' digital strategies and translate them into concrete project plans.
• Quality Assurance: You will oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet client requirements and Uselab standards.
• Risk Management: You will identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Reporting: You will regularly report on project status, progress, and any bottlenecks to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the digital sector (agency experience is a plus).
• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects from concept to delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and a problem-solver.
• Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) level of thinking and working.
• Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Experience leading diverse project teams (developers, designers, marketers).
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
