About the Position

In this role, you are not only the technical leader but also the sparring partner for clients and the point of contact for all developers in your team. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement technical architecture for complex web applications and platforms.
Make strategic decisions regarding technologies, frameworks, and development workflows.
Manage technical project execution from concept to delivery, monitoring progress, quality, and budget.
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
Coach and mentor a team of medior and junior developers, fostering their growth and knowledge sharing.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Translate complex technical information into understandable language for clients and proactively advise on optimal technical solutions.
Build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest technological developments, explore new tools and frameworks, and share this knowledge internally and externally.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a (Medior) Fullstack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Lead, Senior, Architect).
In-depth knowledge of modern PHP (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and JavaScript (e.g., React, Vue.js, Node.js).
Proficiency in modern CSS (TailwindCSS) and relational databases (MySQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and/or Docker.
Proven track record in architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Proactive and strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for quality.
Team player with a passion for knowledge sharing and coaching.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
